Since our previous generations, we had a small shop where we served by repairing things and also had a furnace to heat and make the metallic objects.
Our grandfather Dada ShriLaljibhaiVithalbhaiRathod started with a small factory where he would manufacture sickles and axes; he would also continue to repair things on the side.
LaljibhaiRathod started to focus most on the Threshing machine, also known as Thresher, which till that time was not available in India at all. So, he worked too hard to develop the Thresher himself and was successful at it.
The demand for the Thresher had increased. So, LaljibhaiRathod opened the factory in a larger space and boosted the production rate to manufacture more machines. This is when he named the company ‘Rathod Engineering’.
Since the Threshing Machine production was successful, there were a lot more added products manufactured in the factory including the Tractor Tools, Chaff cutter, etc. among the others.
Since the Quality of all the products was commendable, the demand for these products increased even more by the customers. Hence, it led to the transfer and expansion of the factory again and started the production at a greater level than before. The Factory still continues to work till the present day.
At our ultra modern laboratory our professional experts frequently test quality of production and control with their own responsibility and cared. Before the completion of equipment it checked by several machine for operating capabilities like long durability, load setting, controlation, speed heating, efficacy and so on.....
